Know where you want to go and stay already? I do hotel bookings for free as long as they are within my extensive network. By booking through me with brands like Belmond, Aman, Rosewood, Four Seasons and more, you receive perks like free breakfast, room upgrades and spa or food and beverage credits that you wouldn’t receive by booking on your own.

Not sure exactly where or when you want to go? Work with me to plan your trip, including development of trip itinerary, excursions, transportation and hotel bookings

  • Initial 30-minute consulting call and trip brainstorm

  • Itinerary proposal, proposal review call, one round of revisions and finalization

  • Booking all elements of itinerary – hotels, transportation, excursions (I currently book only premium economy, business or first class international flights)

  • Final itinerary review call prior to trip and mobile/email itinerary with all needed travel documents sent to client prior to departure

  • Pre-departure emails to all vendors to ensure alignment with itinerary, VIP perks, dietary or other preferences/restrictions are communicated, contact information is up-to-date

  • Check-in during trip to ensure everything is going well, emergency contact

About Kim

Twelve12 was born out of the place that fueled my creativity as a child — my grandparents’ home at 1212 Suffolk Drive.

My grandparents’ treasures, books and magazines collected all over the world informed me that there was something out there bigger and bolder than I could ever imagine. Their home was the place that fueled my dreams of the many exotic places I’d one day see, smell, taste and touch — and eventually, actually get to visit.

Today, I’ve honed my experience and tastes in the travel and luxury industries through consulting roles with The Ritz-Carlton, Tiffany & Co. and InterContinental Hotel Group among others, and visited more than 35 countries all on a quest to find the world’s weirdest, wildest and most wonderful places for myself and my clients. It is my genuine honor to work with my clients to create trips that make tangible our collective imagination.
