Itinerary proposal, proposal review call, one round of revisions and finalization
Booking all elements of itinerary – hotels, transportation, excursions (I currently book only premium economy, business or first class international flights)
Final itinerary review call prior to trip and mobile/email itinerary with all needed travel documents sent to client prior to departure
Pre-departure emails to all vendors to ensure alignment with itinerary, VIP perks, dietary or other preferences/restrictions are communicated, contact information is up-to-date
Check-in during trip to ensure everything is going well, emergency contact
Prices start at $500 for comprehensive planning and are subject to review.
